What is Jesus saying? Simply that His children will spend all of eternity with Him in the Father’s house.

There are a lot of names in the New Testament for Heaven. Heaven is called a Kingdom because it has principles upon which it will operate. It is called a country because it is vast. It is called a city because it has a large population. And it is also called Paradise, because it is beautiful beyond comprehension. But the best word for Heaven, I think, is “My Father’s house.” When we get to Heaven, we will realize we never truly felt at home on Earth. But, in Heaven, we will discover that, in the Father’s house, we feel “right at home.”
