Got Ten Minutes?

Most of us have heard of The Sermon on the Mount, which is found in the Gospel of MATTHEW, chapters 5-7. You can read it in about ten minutes.

I’d like to suggest that this passage, while it is possibly the best known of the teachings of Jesus, it is also the least understood, and certainly the least applied. In this sermon, Jesus opens His mind and His heart to us, and he describes a reality, a lifestyle that really works. He defines the essence of the counter cultural way of living, which when heeded, leads us in the path of light, and meaning, and significance. We cannot live out the principles in this sermon unless we have a personal relationship with the speaker. But the message of these chapters will lead you straight to Jesus, tell you how to live for Him, and show you how to avoid settling for anything less than God’s best for your life.
