Little Things

If I asked you to write down all the really big decisions you’ve made in life, it probably wouldn’t be a long list. But if I said, “Write down all the little things that happened in your life that ended up making a big difference or that helped determine the direction of your life,” that list would be much longer. What I am suggesting is that it is the little things, the little decisions, the little choices, that have the power to direct the course of our lives. You’ve probably heard many times that when you plant a thought, you reap an action.

Plant an action and you reap a habit. Plant a habit and reap a lifestyle. Plant a lifestyle and reap a destiny. Each morning give your day to God and ask Him to be your guide in everything that will happen that day – not just the big things. Not only is nothing impossible with God, but nothing is beyond His loving care and direction.
