"Then Pharaoh called for Moses and Aaron and said, ‘Entreat the Lord that He remove the frogs from me and from my people; and I will let the people go, that they may sacrifice to the Lord.'"
Exodus 8:8

Do you recall how God forced the Pharaoh of Egypt to release His chosen people from slavery and allow them to journey to the Promised Land? He sent a series of plagues, each plague representing one of the pagan gods of Egypt. One of the plagues was frogs that covered all the land. There were frogs in the kitchens, frogs in their beds, and frogs jumping around everywhere. Pharaoh asked Moses and Aaron to get rid of the frogs. Moses asked Pharaoh, “When would you like for me to get rid of the frogs?” You know Pharaoh’s answer?  He said, “Tomorrow!” Isn’t that incredible.

There is a famous sermon by an old country preacher called, “One More Night with the Frogs.” And I think, that’s the way we are sometimes. We procrastinate. When are we going to grow up? When are we going to get serious about God? Decide that you will not spend another minute with the frogs! Tell God that you want all of Him so that your life can begin – today – to count for Him and His Kingdom.
