Teamwork

Here’s an interesting fact of nature. If a tiger fights a lion, the tiger will win every time. A tiger is more tenacious and has more energy. So, one on one, a tiger beats a lion. But put five tigers against five lions, and the lions will win hands down. Why is this? It is because the lions fight together; they are united and they work as a team.

Isn’t this a picture of how the body of Christ is designed to function. We join together, and we seek not only to be nourished and to grow as the Spirit grows within us, but we unite to make a difference wherever God plants us. We are to be lions!
